When you join the Advantage Club, a completely refundable $1,500 deposit secures your membership and also provides you with a Future Priority List Number to help secure the home you want.

And though you may be waiting for your next home to become available, you don't have to wait to enjoy some of the best features of life at Warwick Forest. You'll see a glimpse into our day to day life, helping you determine if Warwick Forest is the best fit for your future.

Dining

Enjoy the first class culinary experience at Warwick Forest in the venue of your choice and only pay resident prices. You will receive a $25 Riverbucks card to start, and you can add funds at any time. Choose from any of our dining venues, including formal and casual restaurants, full service bar and bistro and outdoor dining patio. (Reservations are requested.)

Special Events

Learn, engage and celebrate with your future neighbors at a wide range of special programs and events. By attending these events, you'll receive a peek into the always enriching social scene at Warwick Forest. You'll also receive a subscription to Happenings, our monthly newsletter jam packed with community information and events. Fitness

You don't have to wait to dive into a more active lifestyle. Your Advantage Club membership provides access to Warwick Forest's state of the art Fitness and Aquatic Center, including our indoor heated saltwater pool and spa, hot tub, wellness center, workout studio and locker rooms--without an appointment. Our exercise specialist is available to answer questions and offer guidance Monday through Thursday from 2 –4 p.m.

Lodging

Cozy up for overnight accommodations in any of our four guest suites, featuring phones, flat screen TVs with cable and kitchenettes. You'll only pay resident rates, and we'll include a delicious breakfast in The Bistro.
