Fit in your workout with on-site child care
Our child care center is here to help you reach your goals! We welcome children 6 weeks to 7 years old. Our professional staff is experienced, certified, and happy to meet you and your children.
Child care is offered at both fitness center locations.
Reservations
Reservations are required at both fitness center locations. Drop-ins may be taken if space is available, but please note we reserve the right to deny service if the child care center is full.

Things to know
- A nursery information card must be completed by the parent or guardian prior to your child's first visit.
- The parent or guardian must sign their child in and out of child care, and are not allowed to leave the fitness center while the child is in our care.
Time limits
- 6 weeks to 18 months: 1.5 hours
- 18 months to 7 years: 2 hours

Hours
- Monday through Friday: 9am-12pm; 4:30pm-6:30pm
- Saturday: 9am-Noon
- Sunday: Closed
Reservations
- Reservations are required in advance and can be made up to three days ahead of time, in person or by phone at 804-693-8888. The child care center may close if there are no reservations scheduled.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, the reservation will be cancelled.
Pricing
- Member: $1.50 per hour, per child
- Members may also purchase a punch card for $12 with a $14 value. Save $2!
Things to Know
- All items brought into the child care center must be labeled with the child's first and last name.
- Please use disposable diapers only during your visit, and pack spare diapers in case a change is needed.
- No food or drinks are allowed, with the exception of bottles for infants.

Reservations
- Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance and can be made up to one week in advance, in person or by phone at 757-875-7525.
- Reservations must be cancelled at least one hour prior to the start of the reserved time to avoid a $5 no-show fee.
- If you arrive late, we are unable to extend your reservation time.

- Member: $1.50 per hour, per child
- Nonmember: $3 per hour, per child
- Members may also purchase a punch card for $16 with a $20 value. Save $4!
Things to Know
- Please ensure your child is both clean and healthy before entering the child care center.
- Please use disposable diapers only during your visit, and pack two spare diapers in case a change is needed. For children ages 3 and older, child care attendants will notify parents if a diaper change is necessary.
