A fitness assessment also makes you aware of your strengths and potential limitations so you can plan your workouts to succeed.

Fitness assessments are offered at both fitness center locations.

During your fitness assessment, a Riverside Wellness & Fitness Center professional will assess your:

The boomer assessment is the basic fitness package modified for those over 65 years of age, with balance and cognitive tests to help both body and mind stay sharp and focused throughout the years.
