Our expert personal trainers are nationally certified and can help you set—and achieve —your fitness goals.

Personal training sessions are available at both gym locations.

Training Services

Our personal training services are designed to provide clients with specific exercise instruction to help them safely and effectively reach their health and fitness goals. All of our trainers hold nationally accredited certifications so you can rest assured you're receiving fitness instruction from experts in the field. First time personal training clients purchasing four or more individual sessions are required to purchase and complete a fitness assessment with their trainer.

Personal training is not included in membership fees. Rates vary by trainer, frequency of sessions, and other factors.

How it works

Your trainer will design your program around your specific goals. Each session lasts for about an hour and includes cardio, strength training, and flexibility to provide a well-rounded workout.

What to expect:

  • During your first session, your trainer will assess your current health status and work with you to develop a fitness program that supports your goals.
  • They'll train you on equipment and and teach you proper form and technique so you exercise safely and prevent injury.
  • Trainers are a resource you can turn to when you have questions and a cheerleader when you need extra motivation or enthusiasm.
