Wellness and Fitness

Encourage personal health and growth, build friendships, and create fun memories

Our Fitness Camps are a fun, active alternative during summer and winter school breaks for kids ages 3 to 12. Licensed by the Department of Social Services Child Care Division.

With diverse, child-focused activities, a safe and structured environment, and low child-to-counselor ratio, there's a lot for kids and parents to love!

Fitness Camp is offered at our Peninsula location.

Fitness Camp Reviews

Parents love Fitness Camp at Riverside Wellness & Fitness Center!

"There was so much for the campers to do. The best part was the campers played many different sports and electronics were not allowed. The counselors are great and they develop a very fun and friendly relationship with the kids."

"My best takeaway from camp was knowing my child was in a safe, loving environment. The variety of activities kept her entertained and engaged."

"The camp is definitely designed to help keep the kids fit. My takeaway from my son's experience is that there is an inclusive nature at the camp. My son felt as if he were a part of the group. Great experience."
