Strengthen bone density with a comprehensive program based on the Meeks Method

The Meeks Method was developed by Sarah Meeks, a licensed physical therapist with international recognition.

Better Bones incorporates a variety of movements and exercises to help strengthen bone density and treat or prevent osteoporosis. This program is suitable for adults with osteoporosis, a family history of osteoporosis, or those who want to prevent osteoporosis.

Better Bones is offered at our Peninsula location.


Classes meet once a week for six weeks.

How it Works

Better Bones offers a comprehensive approach that incorporates a variety of movements and exercises to isolate areas of weakness and restriction, correct impairments, and help you return to normal activities.
