Smithfield VA - Riverside celebrated the remodel of its Healthy Living Community in Smithfield at a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, December 15. The $8 million project replaced the 34-year-old nursing home and added 12 new Memory Support apartments to the campus.
