Today, Patriots Colony at Williamsburg (PCAW) celebrated a key construction milestone with a ceremonial truss signing for its new skilled nursing and long-term care facility. Residents, team members, community leaders, and project partners gathered to sign the final structural truss before its placement — a tradition symbolizing progress and marking the completion of the building’s framework.
The 43,500-square-foot facility has been carefully designed to meet the diverse needs of seniors requiring rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing. It will feature two dedicated wings — one for short-term rehabilitation focused on recovery and independence, and one for long-term skilled nursing that provides round-the-clock care in a homelike setting. Thoughtful design elements include private suites, welcoming common areas, and spaces for family visits and activities. Together, these features reflect Patriots Colony’s commitment to blending modern health care with a comfortable, supportive environment where residents can thrive.
