Dr. Kyriakedes is currently accepting new patients and your office can make a patient referral via any of the options below:
iCare Link
Riverside offers our non-Riverside community providers the opportunity to place referrals for their patients through iCare Link. In this secure portal, powered by Epic, community providers will also be able to view completed visit documentation.
How to Enroll in iCare Link
The New Account Request page allows community partners to send requests for new accounts. Here you will be able to create a new site with multiple users or add users to an existing site.
