Riverside Health has named Jack Field, MHA, President of Riverside Mental Health & Recovery Center (RMHRC). Field will assume the duties of president on April 6, succeeding Stacey Johnson, who was recently named president of Riverside Doctors’ Hospital Williamsburg.
Field currently serves as Senior Director of Hospital Operations at Riverside Regional Medical Center, where he oversees a wide range of hospital services including laboratory, environmental services, inpatient transport, spiritual care, volunteer services, food and nutrition, and campus operations. In this role, he has led improvements in patient experience, operational efficiency and financial performance while supporting regulatory readiness and team member engagement.
Field brings extensive experience in behavioral health operations and a strong understanding of Riverside’s mission and culture. He previously served as Director of Operations at RMHRC, where he partnered closely with hospital leadership to strengthen operations, support provider growth and advance strategic planning initiatives for the organization.

Field holds a Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University Honors College.
