The center is a collaborative partnership between the departments of our primary care, neurology and geriatric medicine. Our expert team of specially trained clinicians use an innovative, nationally recognized model of care designed around each patient’s specific needs and goals.
Using diagnostic and treatment advances, we provide patients with a thorough assessment, diagnosis and comprehensive treatment. We also offer counseling, education and guidance for family caregivers.
Patient care is integrated with research to develop new treatments for Alzheimer’s and other dementias, and with training programs for family caregivers and loved ones, physicians, specialists, other clinicians and researchers in the field.
