How much does it cost to live at Patriots Colony?
Patriots Colony has two financial plan options: LifeCare or Residence and Services. LifeCare offers financial protection for your assets and guarantees full health care services. Patriots Colony provides access to the entire continuum of care you may need because we are backed by Riverside Health System.
The Residence and Services agreement is an option for those who wish to self-insure or have long-term care insurance policies. The best way to know which financial plan is best for you is to meet with your marketing counselor who will help you evaluate your personal situation and present you with the recommended options.
Why does Patriots Colony charge an entrance fee?
The entrance fee is a one-time, upfront cost for the residence and the agreement that guarantees lifetime residency and access to the continuum of care. The entrance fee is based on the size of residence, number of occupants and whether the LifeCare or Residence and Services plan is chosen.

Once you have selected the home of your choice, you and your Patriots Colony marketing counselor can begin to customize it to your taste and needs. Be sure to ask about opportunities to personalize your home with your choices of paint, carpet, flooring, cabinets, counters and more.
Isn't there a long waiting list at Patriots Colony?
Patriots Colony does have a priority list for future residents known as the Patriots Club. Please speak to your marketing counselor to inquire about joining our priority reservation list.
I've been in my house for so many years that I'm not sure how to manage a move. Is there someone who can help with all the details?
Certainly. Patriots Colony is connected to a network of resources to help ensure a smooth move to your new home. Our realtors and downsizing experts can be hired to assist you throughout the process, from the sale of your home to choosing where to best place furniture and other treasured items in your new home at Patriots Colony.
What's the first step to moving into Patriots Colony?
We invite you to visit Patriots Colony to experience the hospitality and community for yourself. We also encourage you to join our Patriots Club future resident priority list in case you are not quite ready to make the move. A fully refundable $1,000 deposit ($1,500 for a couple) enrolls you in the Patriots Club. It allows you full access to all of our campus amenities, such as our indoor saltwater pool, fitness center, dining and guest suites.
Can we bring our pets?
Yes, we love pets! You may bring your pet as long as the pet has a proper owner in the case that you are unable to care for the pet.
How secure is the community?
Our gated community is monitored 24/7 by on-site security officers.
