Because your 2nd day of orientation within our Health System can vary greatly, please make sure you know where and when to report before you begin with us. A typical second day may include things like a facility orientation, clinical orientation, computer based learning modules, in-class training and /or precepting and instruction or department specific orientation on your home unit. Your manager/supervisor will know and share with you the onboarding process that is specific to your role before your first day of orientation. We recognize that there is a lot of information that comes to you all at once when you start, so if unsure, we are all happy to assist you. Once you receive your email log in information please visit the Riverside Intranet. From the left-hand navigation, click on Team Member Services, then Careers, then New Hire OnBoarding to obtain access to additional onboarding materials.
