Careers

At Riverside Health, your trust and safety are our top priorities. Unfortunately, job scams are on the rise across the country, and we want to help you feel confident in knowing what is — and is not — part of our hiring process.

How to Recognize a Legitimate Riverside Job Opportunity

1. Official Email Addresses

  • All Riverside communications will come from an @rivhs.com email address.
  • If you receive a message from Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or another public domain, it is not legitimate.

2. No Payment Requests

  • Riverside Health will never ask you to send money, purchase gift cards, or provide bank account information as part of our hiring process.

3. Background Checks Only After an Offer

  • We only request background checks after you have accepted a formal job offer.

4. Job Postings and Applications

  • All Riverside jobs are listed and applied for through our official careers site. If you’re unsure about a posting, check our careers page to confirm its authenticity.

What Riverside Will Never Do

  • Offer you a position you did not apply for.
  • Request payment for training, equipment, or visa processing.
  • Conduct interviews exclusively by text, messaging apps, or non-secure platforms.
  • Ask for sensitive information (such as Social Security number or banking details) before a formal offer is accepted.

What To Do if You Suspect a Scam

  • Do not respond to the message.
  • Do not share personal or financial information.
  • Forward suspicious emails to employment.rivhs.com.
  • You may also report the incident to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center: ic3.gov.
