I Survived a Stroke: Umeika's Story
At the time Mrs. Umeika Royal didn’t realize she was having a stroke and shares her story in hopes that others will learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of a stroke in order to get help quickly. On the 1 year anniversary of her stroke, she describes her rehabilitation journey to encourage other stroke survivors to keep working through the difficult job of recovery.
