Our 12-month Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Acute Care Fellowship offers a comprehensive curriculum that blends structured didactic instruction with immersive clinical experience at our Level II Trauma Center as well as our surrounding acute care facilities. Fellows engage in thoughtfully designed teaching clinical rotations that emphasize diverse exposure to multicomplex acutely ill adults. With some hybrid roles, there will be opportunities to participate in post discharge follow up and Heart Failure Clinic management
Fellows gain hands-on experience through procedural training and simulation-based education in our state-of-the-art Simulation Center. Throughout these rotations, fellows collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, fostering a rich learning environment and exposure to various clinical perspectives.

- Gastroenterology
- Pulmonary medicine
- Nephrology
- Palliative medicine
- Infectious Disease
- MICU/SICU
- Urology
These experiences provide fellows with one-on-one mentorship from clinical experts in the acute care of hospitalized patients, further enhancing their clinical acumen.
