General onboarding and medical group orientation occurs at the Fellowship Initiation
The majority of clinical training (>50%) will occur in the critical care units including procedural boot camp and rotations in the SICU.

Weekly didactic sessions with participation in formal quality improvement initiative.
Specialized core education with focus on procedures, advanced airway management, and radiology interpretation
