Patient Testimonial

“Our daughter, Shea, had a wonderful experience working with Coach Skinny. From our perspective as parents, we were so impressed with the consistently encouraging and positive environment Coach Skinny created. Shea always felt supported and motivated during her sessions. What truly stood out was the personalized plan Coach Skinny developed specifically for our daughter’s needs and goals. It wasn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. We could see how much thought and expertise went into crafting a program that was right for her. We wholeheartedly recommend Coach Skinny to any person looking for a supportive and effective trainer!”

“I think that I improved a lot. I feel more confident at bat, I have more pop, and I am stronger at the plate. I am for sure way faster. My speed and agility have increased so much and my baserunning shows it. My fastball increased 5 miles per hour in 3 months.”

“I saw my son’s confidence, agility, and speed improve over 3 months. His motivation for working out on his own increased tremendously, and he made many healthier food choices. All of this translated to the field. My son definitely wants to continue working with Coach Skinny!”

“Coach Skinny has been a tremendous blessing to my son and our entire family. He takes training seriously – always emphasizing safety and proper technique – but just as importantly, he meets athletes where they are and helps them grow in confidence and ability. Over the two years my son trained with him, he never experienced an injury that kept him out of the gym, which speaks volumes about Coach Skinny’s knowledge and care. Even when my son faced health challenges and had to step away for a bit, Coach Skinny checked in regularly and supported him in getting back on track. If you’re a parent considering one of his programs, rest assured: your athlete will be in great hands. With Coach Skinny, you get excellent training and genuine care. You don’t have to sacrifice one for the others.”
