Patient Testimonial

"Coach Skinny’s Sports Performance Program was a fantastic experience for our three athletes. The sessions pushed them to get stronger, faster, and more confident, both on and off the field. Coach Skinny has a unique way of motivating kids—he makes the hard work fun while teaching discipline and focus. We could already see improvements in their performance during the season, and they are excited to carry those skills forward. We’re so grateful for the positive impact this program has had and would recommend it to any athlete looking to take their game to the next level."

“The Sports Performance Program with Coach Skinny was outstanding! It provided a safe and challenging environment to improve speed, strength, and agility. Each session focused on specific muscle groups and included a variety of targeted exercises and activities. Coach Skinny facilitated a motivating and supportive atmosphere where each participant could strive for improvement in all areas. I would leave each session exhausted yet ready for the next one. I strongly recommend this program and Coach Skinny for any athlete who wants to improve their game!”

“Coach skinny’s class really helped me improve with softball and other physical activities. At first, I thought this wouldn’t help at all because I was already pretty athletic but after we started two weeks in, I saw I was so much better than before. Not only that, but I improved my throwing and pitching velocity. This class has definitely helped me not just physically but mentally too! I was a little nervous at first, but classes grew my confidence each time I went. I definitely enjoyed the classes and hope to do it some more! Thank you Coach skinny!!!”

“We really enjoy the program. Our son enjoys seeing the improvements in his strength and speed as it went along as well as a little friendly competition amongst other athletes. I think it helped him build some confidence as well. Skinny did an excellent job showing him how to properly do the exercises and helped us with any issues he had along the way.”

“I think that I improved a lot. I feel more confident at bat, I have more pop, and I am stronger at the plate. I am for sure way faster. My speed and agility have increased so much and my baserunning shows it. My fastball increased 5 miles per hour in 3 months.”

“I saw my son’s confidence, agility, and speed improve over 3 months. His motivation for working out on his own increased tremendously, and he made many healthier food choices. All of this translated to the field. My son definitely wants to continue working with Coach Skinny!”
