Postpartum of Virginia Support Groups provide support and community focused on the challenges of early parenthood and increasing mental wellness.
In-Person Postpartum of Virginia Support Group is held the 2nd Thursday of every month from 5:30-6:30pm.
Check in at the Tower Entrance Information Desk and the meeting is located in the 5 Floor Conference Room.

Riverside is proud to offer virtual Childbirth Preparation Classes. Mom-to-be and her partner or support person can explore the many choices available to make their birth experience personal and positive.
This course includes comprehensive information on pregnancy, labor, and birth, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques, all from the safety of your home.
Registration is required. Click on the yellow Register Now button to the right to register. Please provide your email address.
As the date for the new session approaches, you will receive an email with instructions on how to join virtually. This class is a series of four sessions offered on consecutive Monday evenings for two hours from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
The March series dates are 3/9, 3/16, 3/23 and 3/30.
