Join us for our Mended Hearts Support Group!
Living with a heart condition can be challenging, but you don’t have to navigate the journey alone. Join the Mended Hearts Support Group, a welcoming community for individuals living with cardiovascular disease and their loved ones. This group provides an opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, gain encouragement and learn from peers facing similar health challenges.
The support group is designed for individuals living with conditions such as arrhythmias, heart failure, coronary artery disease and aortic stenosis, as well as those recovering from a heart attack, cardiac arrest or heart surgery. Meetings offer a supportive environment focused on hope, healing and heart health.
When: Second Tuesday of each month, beginning May 12, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
