Fight the Flu Vaccination Clinic

Protect yourself and your loved ones this flu season at Riverside Health's free Walk-In Flu Vaccination Clinic. Community members ages 9 and older are invited to receive a standard flu vaccine, while adults ages 65 and older may receive a high-dose flu vaccine, while supplies last. No appointment is needed.

A free flu clinic will be held at Riverside Eastern Shore Family Medicine on Wednesday, October 7, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The clinic will take place at 10085 William F. Bernart Circle in Nassawadox.

If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of illness, please do not attend and contact your healthcare provider.

In-Person Understanding Birth Class - Saturday's

This class allows moms-to-be and their partner or support person to explore the many choices available to make their birth experience personal and positive. The course includes comprehensive information on pregnancy, labor and birth, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques.

This class is being offered the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. and one Saturday morning a month from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm.
 
Registration is required.  Attendance is limited to the expectant mother and 1 additional person, therefore ONLY the expectant mother needs to register. Registration will close once the class has reached capacity.
 
To register click the yellow 'Register Now' button to the right and complete the form. Please be sure to provide your email address. Once the form is completed, click the yellow 'NEXT' button to submit your registration.  
 
As the class date approaches, you will receive a reminder email with additional information about the class.
 
Your instructor will meet you in the Tower Lobby of Riverside Regional Medical Center to take you to the classroom.

In-Person Expectant Parents Tours - Saturday

Riverside is proud to offer in-person Expectant Parent Tours to help parents prepare for the arrival of their little one.
 
During the tour, parents-to-be can preview the birthing suites and postpartum rooms in our Women and Infant Care Unit at Riverside Regional Medical Center. On the tour, you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered regarding having your baby at Riverside.
 
Attendance is limited to the expectant mother and 1 additional person, therefore ONLY the expectant mother needs to register for this tour. Registration will close for a tour once we have reached capacity.
