Join Riverside Cancer Care Center in Newport News for a FREE Prostate Cancer Screening event designed to help men take a proactive step toward their health. Prostate cancer screenings can help detect cancer early - often before symptoms appear - when treatment is most effective.

In-Person Understanding Your Newborn Class

This class is the perfect resource to help new parents confidently care for their baby! The class covers the basics of baby care including newborn behaviors, crying and comforting techniques, and diapering and cord care. 

This class is being offered the 1st Thursday of each month from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.

Registration is required.  Attendance is limited to the expectant mother and 1 additional person, therefore ONLY the expectant mother needs to register. Registration will close once the class has reached capacity.

Your instructor will meet you in the Tower Lobby of Riverside Regional Medical Center to take you to the classroom.

Virtual Expectant Parents Hospital Tours

Riverside is proud to offer a virtual Expectant Parents Hospital Tours one Tuesday evening each month from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
 
During the tour, you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered regarding having your baby at Riverside. Parents-to-be can preview the birthing suites, postpartum rooms, and NICU at Riverside Regional Medical Center from the safety of their home.
 
Registration is required and you can do so by clicking the yellow Register Now button to the right.
