Virtual, Postpartum Health & Baby Care: Your Guide to the 4th Trimester
This is the class you didn't know you needed!
The Fourth Trimester, also known as the postpartum period, is a time of intense change in your baby, your body and your lifestyle. Learn more about the adjustments you and your little one will experience in the weeks after delivery.
In this virtual class, your instructor will share examples of how to care for yourself and your baby, along with reassurance that the changes and ups and downs experienced in the 4th trimester are normal and to be expected.

A reminder email with Instructions on how to virtually join the class will be sent by the instructor a few days before the scheduled date you selected.
This class is offered on the 3rd Wednesday morning of the month from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
