For the intermediate to advanced exerciser. Boot Camp is timed interval training, which includes: heavy lifting, sprints, body-weight training, tires and much more! Your strength and cardiovascular endurance will be challenge. Boot Camp is a "no play all work" class and is for those who want to bring their overall fitness to the next level. This is an indoor/outdoor class, weather permitting. Free for members of Riverside Wellness & Fitness Centers.

Core Strength

A slower paced class that uses the principle “more time under tension.” This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen, hips, glutes, shoulder, and back muscles. The instructor may include a variety of equipment in this workout.
