Join us at Riverside Wellness & Fitness Center for a Mindful Meditation class in celebration of the One City Marathon - designed for every body in our community. This guided session blends relaxation, visualization and affirmation techniques to help enhance focus, support recovery, and build mental resilience for everyday life.

Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend walker, a busy professional, or simply looking for a moment to reset and recharge, this class offers a calming space to reconnect with your mind and body. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and empowered.

Virtual Childbirth Preparation Classes

Riverside is proud to offer virtual Childbirth Preparation Classes. Mom-to-be and her partner or support person can explore the many choices available to make their birth experience personal and positive.

This course includes comprehensive information on pregnancy, labor, and birth, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques, all from the safety of your home.

As the date for the new session approaches, you will receive an email with instructions on how to join virtually. This class is a series of four sessions offered on consecutive Monday evenings for two hours from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

The August series dates are 8/3, 8/10, 8/24 and 8/31.

In-Person Expectant Parents Tours

Riverside is proud to offer in-person Expectant Parent Tours to help parents prepare for the arrival of their little one.
 
During the tour, parents-to-be can preview the birthing suites and postpartum rooms in our Women and Infant Care Unit at Riverside Regional Medical Center. On the tour, you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered regarding having your baby at Riverside.
 
Attendance is limited to the expectant mother and 1 additional person, therefore ONLY the expectant mother needs to register for this tour. Registration will close for a tour once we have reached capacity.

As the tour appointment approaches, you will receive an email with instructions for the tour.
