2021 Memory Care Learning Series – Caring for You, Caring for Me

October 20, 2021

The needs of family caregivers engaged in caring for adults living with dementia will be addressed. Participants will gather in a relaxed environment to gain new knowledge and understanding on topics such as emotions and self-care. Caregivers will have the opportunity to learn from each other as well as through open discussion.

ALERT:

This in-person lecture has been changed to VIRTUAL as we focus our efforts on limiting potential exposure to COVID-19 for everyone in the communities we serve.  Since this is a virtual event, a link to attend the event will be provided to you via e-mail after registration.

Virtual, Postpartum Health & Baby Care: Your Guide to the 4th Trimester

This class is no longer available due to scheduling conflicts. 

This is the class you didn't know you needed!

The Fourth Trimester, also known as the postpartum period, is a time of intense change in your baby, your body and your lifestyle.  Learn more about the adjustments you and your little one will experience in the weeks after delivery.

In this virtual class, your instructor will share examples of how to care for yourself and your baby, along with reassurance that the changes and ups and downs experienced in the 4th trimester are normal and to be expected.

This class is offered on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Virtual Back to Work & Breastfeeding Class

This class on July 15 is not longer available due to scheduling conflicts.

Returning to work while breastfeeding can seem overwhelming. This class helps mothers prepare ahead of time so that they can achieve a smooth transition back to work while continuing to breastfeed.

This virtual class is held on the third Wednesday of each month starting at 1:00 pm.
