An exciting indoor cycling training program that is geared toward advanced level outdoor cyclists. Class will be taught in MPH and advance each week. Sign-up is required for this class. New cycling participants must take a cycling orientation before signing up for a regular class. Free for members of Riverside Wellness & Fitness Centers. Non-Members: $20.

Virtual Expectant Parents Hospital Tours
Riverside is proud to offer a virtual Expectant Parents Hospital Tours one Tuesday evening each month from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
During the tour, you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered regarding having your baby at Riverside. Parents-to-be can preview the birthing suites, postpartum rooms, and NICU at Riverside Regional Medical Center from the safety of their home.
Registration is required and you can do so by clicking the yellow Register Now button to the right.
