A strength training program specifically designed for the group exercise participant. This class uses Power Cut Bars, resistance tubing, medicine balls, resist-a-balls, and hand weights. This class is designed for all fitness levels, and is an excellent cross-training class. Free for members of Riverside Wellness & Fitness Centers. Non-Members: $20.

Bootcamp

For the intermediate to advanced exerciser. Boot Camp is timed interval training, which includes: heavy lifting, sprints, body-weight training, tires and much more! Your strength and cardiovascular endurance will be challenge. Boot Camp is a "no play all work" class and is for those who want to bring their overall fitness to the next level. This is an indoor/outdoor class, weather permitting. Free for members of Riverside Wellness & Fitness Centers. Non-Members: $20.

An exciting indoor cycling training program that utilizes motivation, visualization, and the most thoroughly tested cycling and instructional techniques available. Sign-up is required for this class.
