For the intermediate to advanced participant. Tabata Bootcamp is a timed interval training class which incorporates the 20/10 rule from Tabata. Classes include heavy lifting, sprints, bodyweight training, tires and much more. Your strength and cardiovascular endurance will be challenged. This is a “no play all work” class and is for those who want to bring their overall fitness to the next level. Class is held indoors/outdoors.
