Riverside Heart Failure Support Group

March 23, 2023

Join Riverside for a monthly Heart Failure Support Group. Learn from Riverside nurses, dieticians and other clinicians as well as meet with other individuals living with heart failure. Support groups are a time to share concerns, ask questions, receive information, learn about resources and gain strength from each other.

This event takes place on the fourth Thursday of each month from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm. 

FREE to join in-person or via Zoom. Call Kim Slaydon for a Zoom link to join online instead of in person.

Virtual Childbirth Preparation Classes

Riverside is proud to offer virtual Childbirth Preparation Classes. Mom-to-be and her partner or support person can explore the many choices available to make their birth experience personal and positive.

This course includes comprehensive information on pregnancy, labor, and birth, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques, all from the safety of your home.

Registration is required. Click on the yellow Register Now button to the right to register. Please provide your email address.

As the date for the new session approaches, you will receive an email with instructions on how to join virtually. This program is a series of four classes offered on consecutive Monday evenings for two hours from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

The December series dates are 12/1, 12/8, 12/15 and Thursday 12/18.
