Exciting Changes Coming to Riverside Bill Pay!
We're thrilled to announce some exciting upgrades to Riverside Bill Pay, all aimed at enhancing your payment experience. Starting on June 4, 2024, all electronic payment processing will transition to Riverside MyChart BillPay, bringing you a seamless and convenient way to manage your payments.
Here's what you can expect:
Streamlined Experience: Riverside Bill Pay is getting a new look and feel! With this upgrade, you won't experience any downtime, you will no longer need to leave MyChart for payment collection, and there is no need to log in to a different portal.
Important Deadline: Please note that the last day to log in and access the current Riverside Bill Pay guarantor portal is May 28, 2024.
Temporary Payment Update: From May 28 to June 4, you won't be able to make online payments through Bill Pay. But don't worry, you can always call in to make a payment during this time.
Billing Communication: Going forward, billing communications will be sent via email or text message based on your preferences. You can update your communication preferences by accessing your Riverside MyChart account.

Real-Time Balances: Enjoy the convenience of real-time balance updates when payments and discounts are processed.
Transition to Individual Plans: Family finance plans will transition to individual plans. Each patient in a family will be placed on a unique payment plan.
Paperless Billing: By default, we'll enroll you in paperless billing. If you prefer to continue receiving paper statements, please follow the instructions provided below.
If you wish to receive paper statements:
- Log in to your Riverside MyChart account.
- Go to Account Settings > Communication Preferences.
- Opt-out of paperless billing.
Notification of New Statements: You'll be notified via email or text message when a new statement is available.
Rest assured, if you previously opted for paper, this setting will be matched in Riverside Bill Pay.
