Sign Up for Riverside MyChart: If you haven't already, set up your Riverside MyChart account here. It's quick and easy! If you don’t have MyChart you can pay via our MyChart Guest access here.

Billing Communication: Billing communications are sent via email or text message based on your preferences. You can update your communication preferences by accessing your Riverside MyChart account.

Convenience: View your medical information, set appointments, communicate with your care team, pay your bill, set up payments plans or apply for financial assistance all in one easy to use platform.

Notification of New Statements: You’ll be notified via email or text message when a new statement is available.

Secure Paperless Billing: Paperless billing is secure, convenient, fast and eco-friendly.

Enroll in paperless billing – 3 easy steps:

  1. Go to your MyChart account, click the menu icon and go to Billing Summary.
  2. Look for the green leaf at the top of the page and click “Sign up for paperless billing”.
  3. On the next screen, review the information and check the required checkboxes.
