The team explained everything to me so that I could understand, really listened to how I was feeling, and did everything possible to make the process easier. Thank you so very much."

My husband was diagnosed with acute heart failure and Mrs. Hargis listened to my husband’s symptoms and ordered what turned out to be several key diagnostic tests. Mrs. Hargis doggedly pursued the issue to determine the cause. Dr. Kellam took extraordinary care of my husband while in the hospital."

I expected to be treated like someone with the plague. Yeah, that didn't happen. Instead, I got sweet Tonia. When I came in struggling to breathe or stand, she got me a wheelchair. Later, every time she saw me she made sure I was okay. Thank you for helping me feel safe and cared for like you would care for those you love!"

"I want to thank Dr. Donaldson for being so patient and thoughtful with me. After being there for a few hours and having bloodwork done and the tube stuck in my arm I was extremely overwhelmed when it came time to attach another needle during the CAT scan. He was very reassuring and made me feel a little safer during it, and it didn’t hurt too much. It can seem like such a small thing and I imagine he does those procedures all the time, but that care and consideration mean the world to me. Thank you."
