Monica Logwood, PT, DPT, OCS
Monica joined the Riverside team in early 2023. A Hampton Roads native, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University in 2015. Her passion for physical therapy grew while working as a PT tech during and after college, which ultimately led her to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Lynchburg, graduating in 2021. She is now a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and is also Dry Needling Certified and holds a Level 1 Certification through the Titleist Performance Institute for enhanced golf performance. Monica enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions, working with patients from athletes to older adults. She especially loves seeing people return to the activities they value most, whether that means relearning to walk, getting back to their sport, or regaining confidence in everyday life. Outside the clinic, Monica enjoys spending time with her husband, Colby, their son, Miles, and their two German shepherds. You can find them playing softball, at the beach, or seeing live music!
