Join us for the Together We Care: Community Caregivers Summit, a community-focused event dedicated to raising awareness, sharing resources and supporting caregivers affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
This special gathering will feature a screening of the award-winning documentary, Remember Me: Dementia in the African American Community, followed by an engaging discussion with an expert panel of healthcare and community leaders. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with local organizations offering valuable caregiver support services and resources.
Whether you are a family caregiver, healthcare professional, community advocate or simply interested in learning more, this event provides an opportunity to gain knowledge, find support and help strengthen our community's response to dementia care.
