About Tiffany Jean Bloom, FNP

Tiffany Bloom, FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in gastrointestinal health, including irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, celiac disease, acid reflux, diverticulitis and other digestive conditions. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). 

Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from St. John Fisher University in Rochester, New York. She later earned a Master of Science in nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from South University in Savannah, Georgia.  

As a nurse practitioner, Tiffany focuses on meeting her patient’s physical and emotional needs and providing science-based, compassionate care. After working in the emergency room for many years, she appreciates the strong collaboration among providers in meeting the needs of patients with gastrointestinal conditions.  

Tiffany grew up in a quiet suburban lake community near Rochester, NY and welcomes its similarities to the eastern shore of Virginia. She enjoys Virginia’s beautiful landscapes, friendly people and sense of community.
