My experience with Shannon Elrod was excellent. She was very thorough, easy to talk to, and I felt very comfortable with the knowledge she had in my condition. and I really liked the fact that she spent an adequate amount of time with me.

Shannon made me feel cared for and appreciated. Some times with some doctors(not at this office) it feels like they just want to give you a solution ( often more meds) and send you away. Shannon wanted to hear and understand all of what is happening to me. So she can understand my goals for treatment and If our current protocols are doing all they can. I felt better than I have In a long while when I left. I know I can handle almost anything but knowing what some options are and having a caregiver willing to listen and explain what might be and what I can try to do and made me feel so seen. I feel I have a NP and a kind person who truly cares for my well being.
