About Sarah Hall Lankford, CNM

Sarah H. Lankford, WHNP, CNM, is a women’s health nurse practitioner and midwife specializing in family planning, mental health, labor, delivery and aging. Sarah takes pride in partnering with women in their care and empowering them to be the healthiest versions of themselves.   

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Nursing from Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing in Richmond. She then completed a Master of Science in nursing in the dual Nurse-Midwifery/Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. She is certified in electronic fetal monitoring by the National Certification Corporation. 

As a nurse practitioner, Sarah’s philosophy is to provide excellent, safe care for women and their families. She centers care around her patients’ goals and provides guidance and tools to help them make informed decisions.  

Sarah enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. As a wife and mom, she loves all the family-friendly activities available in our community.

She was thorough in her explanations and gave attention to each of our questions. She explained the treatment plan in a way that was easily understandable. We felt very supportive.
