About Elise Margarita French, WHNP
Elise French is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a certified Menopause Society Certified Practitioner by The North American Menopause Society and specializes in caring for perimenopausal and menopausal women with their unique health care needs.
Elise earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of South Florida and her Master of Science in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University.
She views her practice as a partnership with the patient, as well as with the physicians and midwives she collaborates with. Her goal is to offer her patients a well-rounded approach and open access to care.
Growing up in a military family and being an Army wife afforded Elise the opportunity to live in many places before she and her now-retired husband settled in Williamsburg in 2002. They have two daughters and love to be active outdoors as a family, from daily walks to swimming, bike rides and gardening. Elise also enjoys cooking, traveling and theater.
