About David Fitzgerald Jones, MD
Dr. Jones earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia. He completed an internal medicine residency as well as a pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Jones is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary diseases and critical care medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Part of the Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital team for over 25 years, Dr. Jones believes that getting to know his patients is critical to achieving the best outcomes. His primary goal is to preserve and improve their health while providing straightforward, respectful answers.
An Eastern Shore native, Dr. Jones finds it a privilege to be part of this great community and outdoor paradise. He enjoys boating, being on the farm, sports and family time. Dr. Jones and his wife are the proud parents of two daughters.
