About Crystal Brittany Fesperman, PA

Crystal earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, after receiving her bachelor's degree from High Point University. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

While working in a pediatric emergency department earlier in her career, Crystal became particularly interested in orthopedic and trauma cases. Keeping in mind that her patients have often been through an injury or trauma, Crystal is committed to doing her very best to help them return to normal activity, fully embracing Riverside's philosophy to treat others as if they were family members.

Crystal has always loved living on the coast, from her hometown of Charleston, South Carolina to her current home in Virginia's Tidewater area. A water-sports enthusiast, she can frequently be found at the beach. Kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, bocce ball and playtime with her dog, Gabe, are among Crystal's favorite activities.
