About Cori D Jones, AGACNP
Cori earned an Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from ECPI University in 2012, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013, also from ECPI. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2018. Cori is board-certified as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
With a background in critical care nursing, Cori enjoys the complexity of neurology and nephrology. She loves interacting with patients and being able to not only make a difference, but also see the difference. Recognizing that her patients are facing issues that affect their everyday lives, Cori’s desire is to help them in any way she can. Her medical philosophy reflects her philosophy for life: treat others how you want to be treated.
Originally from West Virginia, Cori enjoys living near the beach in Hampton Roads. In her free time, she loves being outside, sitting by the water, going to the gym, baking and spending time with her family and their pup, Mako.
