Straight to the point and perhaps sometimes a little bit too concise with answers to questions, but all concerns have generally been handled very well and adjustments to treatment plan are practical. Carl always does an excellent job promptly managing and/or effectively delegating the essential paperwork that I've needed!

The assistant was very professional and explained everything in detail. The doctor was very professional and I know he care about his patients, he has been my doctor for a while and he give it to you straight, and I thank him for that!
