About Brianna Marie Earl, PA-C

Brianna M. Earl, PA-C, is a primary care physician assistant specializing in preventive care and managing health conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes. She also has a special interest in women’s health and dermatology. Brianna believes in building lasting relationships with her patients, guiding and supporting them through every stage of life. 

Brianna’s passion for medicine began at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in cognitive science with a focus on neuroscience. She went on to receive her Master of Physician Assistant degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School, building a strong foundation in patient care. Brianna is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. 

Brianna believes in caring for the whole person, not just the diagnosis. She takes time to understand how every recommendation might affect her patients’ lives and well-being. Her guiding philosophy is simple: treat every patient as if they were a member of her own family. 

Raised in Yorktown, Brianna is excited to serve the community she grew up in. When she is not at work, she enjoys baking, crafting and puzzles. She stays active by swimming and taking walks with her dog and husband.
