About Ashley Nichole Berkley, FNP

Ashley N. Berkley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in preventive care and the management of chronic health conditions, including high blood pressure and diabetes. She is passionate about helping patients understand their health and take an active role in maintaining wellness. 

Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and completed a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration at Walden University in Minneapolis. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board and has received numerous recognitions, including the Trauma Life Saver Award, Brain Saver Awards, and the Heart Saver Award. 

With 10 years of experience working in the Emergency Department as a Certified Emergency Nurse, Ashley witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by patients who were acutely ill and often lacked access to preventive care, education and resources. These experiences inspired her transition from reactive emergency care to proactive family practice, where she provides patient-centered care focused on education, disease prevention and early intervention. She values building strong relationships with patients and families, empowering them with the knowledge and tools needed to make informed decisions and achieve long-term health. 

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and seeking new adventures. She appreciates the diverse population of her community and the opportunity to learn from others every day.
