About Anthony Milard Abraham, DO

Anthony M. Abraham, D.O., is a board-certified general surgeon specializing in laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures, using advanced techniques designed to reduce pain, improve recovery times and minimize scarring. He performs a wide range of general surgeries including gallbladder removal, hernia repair, breast surgery, thyroid and colorectal surgeries, as well as performing upper endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures. 

Dr. Abraham earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He completed his general surgery residency at Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and Larkin Community Hospital in Miami. Dr. Abraham is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery in Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. 

Dr. Abraham believes in building strong partnerships with his patients. He encourages everyone to ask questions and take an active role in their care, including making decisions about treatment options. Dr. Abraham takes the time to listen and ensure his patients never feel rushed.  

Outside of work, Dr. Abraham enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, tackling DIY projects and staying active. He also loves being near the ocean.
