The Middle Peninsula cardiac rehab program is located inside Riverside Wellness & Fitness Center – Middle Peninsula on the campus of Riverside Walter Reed Hospital in Gloucester.

Parking is available in front of the Wellness & Fitness Center.
What to Know for Your First Visit:
Participants should wear comfortable clothes, socks and shoes so they can walk on a treadmill safely.
Everyone is encouraged to wear shirts or blouses that open in the front so the cardiac monitors can be applied easily.
Patients should not have heavy meals or caffeine prior to exercising.
