About Therese Berenguer Loe, FNP

Therese B. Loe, FNP-C, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive health conditions, including reflux, irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease. 

Therese earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Phoenix and also holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She went on to complete her Master of Science in nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration at Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois. Therese is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. 

Therese is dedicated to providing holistic, patient-centered care that goes beyond treating symptoms. She supports overall health, encourages healthy lifestyle choices and builds strong, lasting relationships with her patients. Guided by trust, open communication and active listening, she takes pride in creating a positive impact on her patients’ well-being and helping them feel truly heard and cared for. 

Therese enjoys the community, proximity to the beach and mountains and the variety of cities to explore in coastal Virginia. When she’s not at work, she spends time with family and friends and stays active through running and traveling.
