About Sarah M Abuali, MD

Sarah M. Abuali, M.D., is a family medicine physician dedicated to caring for patients of all ages. She provides comprehensive primary care including routine checkups, preventive screenings, women’s health services and management of health conditions to help each patient stay healthy at every stage of life. 

Dr. Abuali earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Boston University. She completed a Master of Public Health in maternal and child health at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She earned a Master of Science in biomedical research and a Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University School of Medicine in St. George’s, Grenada. Dr. Abuali completed a family medicine residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in affiliation with Virginia Commonwealth University. She is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.  

Dr. Abuali’s background in public health gives her a holistic understanding of health and well-being. She values building strong doctor-patient relationships and a team approach to care. 

Outside of work, Dr. Abuali enjoys staying active through kickboxing, traveling, painting and writing. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
