This had to be the worst most uncomfortable experience I've ever had at any doctors office. [...] once the PA was told to come in and speak with me, he gave me a very standoffish level of communication. He did not sit down, he stood at the door with his arms folded [...]. He absolutely dismissed me and all of my concerns, no matter what I said to him. [...] At that point I no longer felt comfortable talking to him about any of my medical conditions. He absolutely did not care. He absolutely did not want to see me [...]. Due to this, I am currently seeking new medical care as I no longer wish to be affiliated with this practice I consistently leave this practice feeling like I did not get [...] proper acknowledgment, or even any kind of consistent medical treatment. I am overall very happy with my PA. He listened and was honest and clear explaining when a concern or condition I had is suited for a specialist. I feel confident in expanding my care team and he supported me with a referral. My only negative was his facial expression at times showed confusion or a frown during my explanations which made me feel like I was strange or might not have help for my health concerns, but after the PA talked to me about referring to a specialist it improved my confidence and outlook.

This was my second visit with this doctor. Although it was for a physical, he comes across as a little rude to me. It seemed to be strictly about a physical with no room to discuss any other issues or concerns I had

Chuck doesn't seem to be as necessarily enthused about providing service. It almost feels like a chore for him as opposed to a pleasure to be working with patients. I will probably still remain at the practice due to the timing difficulties it can take to find a new PCP.

Chuck was great. He asked questions, he listened and came up with a game plan to help me figure out what is going on. Chuck was very thorough and put me at ease in my situation. Chuck really listened to what I had to say and wanted to run tests to figure out the problem. I truly appreciate him and look forward to being his patient.

I felt like he was tired of seeing patients that day. He seemed dismissive and annoyed by me. Not sure why. I was polite and respectful.

He needs to show more concern about his patients and more compassion. I had to ask him if he was finished. He just walked out the exam room. A nurse had to show me the right check out way
