[...] From my 80+ years of medical treatments, I find Dr.Tompkins to be an exceptional example of "human" medical excellence. His ability to put a patient at ease, medical knowledge, professional skill, good humor, and kindness. His demeanor provides an environment that allows trust for a patient. Additionally, his medical staff embed Dr. Tompkins professional traits.

Dr Tompkins is an outstanding physician. He is extremely kind, very caring, speaks to you in terms that you can understand. Very knowledgeable. He pays a great deal of attention to my concerns and addresses them. He keeps me very well informed by messaging me in My chart even telephoning me if there's something going on, he feels I should know about. I have known many physicians in my life and he is at the very top as being outstanding. I will recommend him to every single woman I know. He is extremely thorough and caring. He is a true example of the Riverside care difference. He follows up with me when he knows. I have concerns about things paying blood work complications for my surgery, whatever he is right there and follows up with me and takes the time to explain everything to me even when I was hospitalized postoperatively and he had residence checking on me. He also checked on me and called me in the Hospital in my room because he knew I was very sick and he wanted to put my mind at ease by explaining what was going on my husband was also extremely impressed with him. And the hospital staff love him, and we're very impressed with him.

Everyone was very professional, considerate and kind in helping me to understand about my procedure.

Dr. Tompkins explained my issue thoroughly and then he described all of my options. And then we discussed which would be best for me. I think he is an absolutely great doctor and very genuine.

He is gracious, listens, gives excellent details during exam and discussions about treat. Respectful and puts you at ease. Fitting of appliance was excellent and without discomfort. Written instructions provided as well as oral ones. I've already recommended him to others and will do so. As a retired NP I was impressed not only by Dr Tompkins but his entire staff.
